Reviews
Really enjoyed this book for the the terrific illustrations. I'm not a tremendous fan of academic writing about artists but I did appreciate some of the biographical information the author provided here. What I really enjoyed were the wonderful illustrations in the catalogue. They are really first rate and it is a nice selection from a number of artists. The text accompanying the illustrations is also very nicely done providing a little information on the artist and background on the painting. Especially if you enjoy tonalists , I think you will love this book.
