This is a truly gorgeous item for the money. Don't waste extra dollars on fancy printing companies. Buy two from Taschen and then you can mount some of the gorgeous paintings and keep one to browse through. Eva Karcher's text is also illuminating, but you have to browse Herr Dix' paintings first before you can begin to even see the words. Testament to a great and lesser known artist.
